Cartel Coffee Lab + Windsor Beer Dinner


For the third dinner in our 2013 Summer of Brew series, we paired with local coffee company and now brewery, Cartel Coffee Lab!  If you weren’t in attendance at this sold out event, you can live vicariously through this post.


1st Course

Scallop Crudo, Oranges, Grapefruit, Purslane, & Mango Puree

Paired with Imperial IPA


2nd Course

Seared Duck, Arugula, Spring Mix, Red Cabbage, Apples, Jicama, Dried Apricot, & Fennel in an Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Paired with Amber Rye


3rd Course

Braised Chicken Tortelloni, Kale Pesto, Parmesan, & Herbs in a Roasted Tomato Brodo

Paired with Desert Pale Ale


4th Course

Ancho Chocolate Pecan Pie, Chile Maple Syrup, and Churn Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Paired with Nut Coffee Brown

  1. We hold a lot of our insurance business meeting at this place and it’s top notch, if you are looking for a great atmosphere and good food this is that place!
